Notice of Intended Marriage
Your Notice Of Intended Marriage form can be found here. This form is available from most Celebrants and needs to be filled out 18 months to 1 month prior to your wedding day.
Certificates
You can order your Queensland Birth or Divorce Certificates here if required.
Changing your name after marriageI'm another title
